  • Providing you with the correct safety equipment for those activities
  • Dealing with refunds

We collect customer data when you email us or make an online booking on our website. We collect data to fulfil or contractual obligations with you. These include: your name, address, email address, telephone number, emergency contact details and any medical conditions we may need to be aware of. We do not collect or hold your payment details once you have made a booking. We hold your personal data to ensure that the contractual arrangements between us can properly be implemented so that the relationship can run smoothly, and to comply with legal requirements. We may use your email address to contact you about any special offers we may have on future activity sessions. If you would prefer us not to contact you in the future, please contact us.

How long we keep your personal data

We will keep this Indemnity Form on file for as long as required by our business.
