We collect customer data when you email us or make an online booking on our website. We collect data to fulfil or contractual obligations with you. These include: your name, address, email address, telephone number, emergency contact details and any medical conditions we may need to be aware of. We do not collect or hold your payment details once you have made a booking. We hold your personal data to ensure that the contractual arrangements between us can properly be implemented so that the relationship can run smoothly, and to comply with legal requirements. How long we keep your personal data

We will keep this Indemnity Form on file for as long as required by our business.
