PDF Gift Voucher:

1. Simply choose your adventure on our website.

2. Number of participants (Minimum of 2 people).

3. Select the next available date and time slot on the activity calendar, and proceed to the checkout.

4. Write the words ‘Gift Voucher’ in the ‘Additional Information’ box at the bottom of the checkout page.

5. Complete your order and you will receive your PDF gift voucher via email within 48 hours.

Printed Gift Voucher (Additional £2.50 charge):

Get in touch with us via phone or email and providing us with the following details:

1. The activity of your choice.

2. Number of participants (Minimum of 2 people).

3. The name and address of the purchaser (This is where we will send your gift voucher).

4. We will then send you a payment link to complete your purchase. Easy!

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. The gift voucher expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher and cannot be used after that date.
• Gift vouchers are, as standard, only available for 2 or more people. We do not offer gift vouchers for single participants.
• We offer the option of a printed gift voucher (at a small additional charge of £2.50) which will be posted out to the purchaser’s address, or a digital PDF copy of the voucher which will be emailed to you.
• Printed gift vouchers can only be posted to a UK mainland address.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased.
• Gift vouchers are only redeemable against the activity selected by the purchaser and cannot be used against any other ROCQUA adventure.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
• We do not accept liability for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
• Gift vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties.
• Gift voucher recipients must book their activity in advance by calling our team on 07791 865730 or by emailing info@rocquaadventures.com.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable on our website.
