Booking Your Adventure with a Rocqua Gift Voucher: Our activities require at least two participants per booking, ensuring a fun and social experience. If you purchase a voucher for one person, they will need to bring a friend or family member who can pay separately to join them on the adventure.

Terms and Conditions for Rocqua Gift Vouchers

• Rocqua Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, with the expiry date clearly stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used after this date.
• We offer a printed voucher option for UK mainland delivery or a digital PDF version via email, making it easy to present the perfect gift no matter the occasion.
• Rocqua Gift Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be used with promotions, discounts, or third-party sales.
• Rocqua Adventures cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers.
• Vouchers may not be resold to any third parties.

• If a voucher value exceeds the cost of an activity, the remaining balance can be applied to future bookings within the validity period.
